We are not responsible for damaged items due to improper packaging. Please wrap all items securely.   We reserve the right not to sharpen any item we judge to be in unsafe condition. If you are not completely satisfied with the sharpening of any item for any reason. We’ll resharpen it free if your still not satisfied, we’ll refund the cost of sharpening on that particular item.  Any problem with your order must be brought to our attention within 15 days of invoice date.
